Weird Ghost Images appearing in Toolbars in Outlook

I have two users that are getting these weird "Characters/Images/Words appearing in the toolbar and folder panel in Outlook 365.  So far I have tried the following:

Ran both Repairs for Office

Uninstalled Office and Reinstalled Office.

Uninstalled Office and then Deleted the entire profile and then Reinstalled Office

It came back in three weeks.

I'm at my wits end.

@cmg02745 Just saw this on one of my user's computer.  Closed Outlook and re-opened, went away.  Will keep an eye on this though if it comes back will open a ticket with MS.
