Unusual External User File Activity Exceptions?

Copper Contributor

Hey there,

Is there a way to whitelist email domains/company domains so that the Unusual External User File Activity alert policy does not fire off whenever they access it?

e.g. if someone from company ABC is accessing our files, whitelist any @abc.com emails?

Thanks in advance!

You can put this behind you as these are decided to be retired because of the many false positives. But to answer your question the system learns every time you act on them.
