Unable to print single page in word

Hi My name is Ravikiran,

From past 4Days in our company in many computer we are facing strange problem while printing the word documnet.

if complete documnet is printed its printing.

when trying to print only one page or series of pages using page no, document is not printing.

Using windows 10 20H2 Pro

Office 365 Standard.

Appricate if some one can help to sove the probem.

@reach2raviscorreo We are facing the exact same issue. Not printer related.

I've been able to restore printing updating Office FROM:
Word -> Account -> Update Office.
Office restore did not fix things. 😐

On shared printers clients are showing "Update available" on Control Panel -> Devices and printers. Update from there.

Exactly same problem that we are facing on many of the computers. But on some of the computers (surprisingly) the problem is not there.
