Text Size and Clarity

Can anyone advise me on how to increase the text size and darken the text in the various 365 apps please? See the attached screenshot for the areas that I refer to in Red rectangles.- this being from Outlook.

Can anyone offer any assistance please? My eyesight is failing and I am having great difficulty readingb the menus and options.
