Sync my Outlook Calendar with Google Calendar

It's very easy and straightforward to get my google calendar items in my outlook calendar.

 

The other way around seems hard, I was able to add the O365 Calendar in my Google "Other Calendars", but that didn't show my Outlook Calendar. There is still a missing link between my laptop outlook calendar and O365 calendar.

 

I googled the topic, but was surprised that what I thought is basic and easy, is turning to be a gray area!

 

Any guide on that please?

there is no integrated way to sync Outlook and Google calendars. However, there are 3rd party tools which may help you, i.e. https://phw198.github.io/OutlookGoogleCalendarSync/

@MohannadSalam  - I use Microsoft FLOW to copy my Outlook Calendar across to Google Calendar (& I think theres a FLOW template to go the other way too).
