We have a support process where cases are routed from one team to another. I want to use a subprocess to choose where the case is to be routed.
Is there a way to link the result of routing logic to a swimlane? Or at least an accepted way to show in the swim lane that we are entering from the routing subprocess?
ie. The result of the Route case logic is: Return to Support Case QA Swimlane. What should appear in the Support Case QA Swimlane to indicate that we have landed there from the Route Case Subprocess?
