So, I have a user that needs access to a SharePoint shared folder. We have attempted to give her access but she cannot open the folder. When she gets added to the member list, her first name is not correct. We searched all over Azure, AD, O365 Admin Center. Her profile information is correct everywhere yet, only in SharePoint does her first name get changed. Email address is correct. When we get the email requesting access approval, the name is the incorrect one. All other email receive

All users, even the ones you invite will be in Azure. Even if they have not accepted the invitation yet. You will find the user and when you click on the user, you can see they have not accepted it yet.
