Shared computer activation for O365 causes Scheduling Assistant to disappear from Outlook

We recently began receiving reports of Scheduling Assistant and/or focused inbox disappearing from Outlook.  If the user closed and reopened Outlook, one or both would reappear.  Sometimes, it would take closing/reopening 3 times before both were present.  This was tested on O365 versions 2205-2208.  Behavior is the same when Outlook is launched in safe mode.  After disabling O365 GPO settings, we discovered that is only happening when shared computer activation is enabled.  Whether it is set in the GPO (Use shared computer activation) or through the registry key (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Configuration\SharedComputerLicensing=1) the behavior is the same.  Is anyone else experiencing this?
