Setup line spacing in OneNote for Mac

I am using Office home for Mac. I want to setup default line spacing in OneNote. I cannot find anything related in menu or toolbar. Anyone know how to do it or why this OneNote is different than other versions?

Thanks. I have seen this post before I ask help from here. MS support agent told me no idea and let me find help from here if some developers can do anything.
Because I donot have Paragraph Spacing under Paragraph Alignment. I pasted my screen copy in original post.
My OneNote is updated to version 16.82.
