While I edit my powerpoint file, I always see the error message"can't upload someone else is editing this file " below the menu bar, but actually the file is edited by only me. How can I resole this problem?
And I have the other problem. I try to save manually the powerpoint file into onedrive, but the save action never ended. How can I also this problem? It's lucky that the file is automatically saved somehow.
