Safelink URL decode API

How can i decode URLs encoded by safelink ? Does Microsoft provide any Rest endpoints to decode the safelink URL ?

https://nam01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com. doesn't support rest call.

I tried with https://www.o365atp.com/, but it doesn't support rest call, It only works with UI.
