Remove LayerManager from the Social Distancing floor plan

I am working with the Social Distancing floor plan template.

How can I remove the LayerManager component from the diagram? It doesn't seem to be clickable like the other shapes.

@Christophe Humbert This can be done with the Home /Editing / Layers / Layer Properties command. This opens the built-in Layer Properties dialog where you will see that some layers are locked. You will be able to select shapes on those layers when you untick this.
