Reinitialisation of the Quick Access Toolbar every time I restart PC

Hi!

I have a problem with my Quick Access Toolbar: every time I restart my computer, it resets itself and I lose my setup.

I am not talking about minimising or not seeing the bar, it really just "go away" everytime.

As I use a lot of specific tools that are not on the ribbon, the bar is one of the important assets I like to use when working (specially with Word).

Any clues? Any solutions for me?

Hello,
We have a similar behavior with Outlook. Our Quick Access Toolbar is visible, but it is reset to zero.
Have you found a solution to your problem?
