Regain access to the Office 365 Dashboard

We have configured the domain xxxxx.com, for Business Standard services and we have adjusted the address xxxxx@xxxxxxx.com, as the system administrator.

The system asked our client to configure the MS Authenticator to validate access to the mail and the user executed the procedure, now when she tries to log in on the iPhone cell phone, the system asks her to approve the notification on the device but not none arrives.

It has already been validated that the notifications were activated and etc ... but however it does not arrive. This has meant that the office 365 management system or portal is not accessible for the same reason because this account address its the administrator for all the services.

What can I do?
