Hi.
I have an excel template for maintenance daily check for our projects. Currently, the technician fill the template and picture it and then send it by WhatsApp. I know this is not a professional way so I need to create this template with different options like check box and empty box to fill other information . I need it to be done professionally and automatically.
My ideal is the template shall be sent to the technician either daily or weekly and he have to fill it and submit it automatically in one place.
My question is there a software or page either belong to Office 365 or Dynamics 365 can help me to share the template with the technicians and after they fill it and submit it directly stored in a folder with checked date to be archived.
