Outlook to SharePoint online not working

Hello,

I'm trying to drag and drop my outlook emails into a SPO library but I'm no longer able to. Anyone know if this is still possible as it was onprem?

HI Kidd_Ip,

thanks for your reply. I'm not sure how this can help as this is not on prem, this is SP online so there's no customization and it's a brand new site collection.
any other suggestions?
