Hi All. We're using #Outlook with #Exchange Online 365. When a TS user sets up their automatic reply, they click OK and it appears to create the reply. When they next go to the screen where they set up the automatic reply, the text has disappeared. Does anyone have any idea why? The text of the reply is available for mobile devices, just not for the desktop session.
This seemed to start when NormalEmail.dotm was replaced recently but we think that might be a coincidence.
Any help very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I encountered similar issue (excepted the text was disappearing from all devices included Owa, after synchronizing) and renaming the normalemail.dotm fixed the issue.
