Good afternoon all
A users OneDrive working ok last week.
But now when she tries to access a doc on OneDrive thorough Windows explorer coming up with error message not enough resources, click on try again and same message click Skip and document opens.
User has 10gb of free disc.
open document on OneDrive,
click on open in desktop app,
opens in Word 365 on laptop no issue.
update document on desktop.
go back into OneDrive and
re open the document and update is there so it is syncing with desktop.
Removed OneDrive, added it again into a clean OneDrive folder under the user on desktop c:\
Same issue happens again, when trying to access OneDrive document in file explorer.
Created a word doc on Desktop App saved to OneDrive,
open in OneDrive online all ok. close doc
go to file explorer and doc opens.
Go to file explorer open the same new doc and get same error, click skip and doc opens.
