Office365 app versus web app

Hi all,

why does sensitivity tab in web word lists different options respect what available in word app?

In Microsoft 365 admin center I setup 4 different options that works perfectly in Office365 installed app, but when I check the same sensitivity tab list in Office 365 Web Word only 2 of them appears. I have E5 Office365 license.
