Admittedly due to my own ignorance but I have just realised that for the last few years I appear to have somehow managed to set up & been paying for 2 separate 365 Personal accounts.
Nothwitstanding being a paying customer, (twice over in my case!) Microsoft seem to make it more difficult than cracking the divinci code to contact them ie no telephone/email/chat line !?!?
Please can anyone advise how I contact Microsoft to cancel one account & get a refund on that one account ?
