New search folder-Shared mailbox not working

A member of a shared mailbox who has been given full access is unable to create a search folder - i.e cant search in that mailbox. Only able search from the primary mailbox

For this, any many other functionalities, you need to have the shared mailbox added as Additional account in Outlook (via File > Add account) instead of having it added as additional mailbox or automapped. @Vasil Michev Hello. Adding the shared email box as you specify allows to do the search. But another problem arises when using this method. It is not possible to send mails via shared mailboxes. The emails stay in the outbox without ever leaving.
Does anyone have a solution?
