New hires are added security group but not getting any calendar invite.

Suggest a fix pls on below issue

How can trigger share calendar invitation to new, added to security group.
Admin A created a security group SG and added 10 members. He created a calendar and shared it with SG (edit rights). The 10 members received the invitation email and upon accepting the invitation the shared calendar was added to their list of calendars in Outlook. All good.
A month later we had a new hire. A added the new hire to SG. As was pointed out in the answers above, this doesn't trigger any invitation emails but it presumably does grant the new hire access to the shared calendar. 
How can we add manually, i don't want delete whole security group and readd it after a newHire. #exchangeonline #exchange #office365administration #office365
