I have a client that has a domain name where someone at some point created a account at Teams and became the Admin for that domains Teams Free account.
I need to know who is the admin for that domain. Tried calling, and emailing, all support contacts I could find. But since it is a free account MS will not help me and no one else will either.
The thing is, I need to take control of this domain otherwise I will not be able to login and also, if the user wants to be a paying client later on, we will need to know this admin account as well. So not sure why MS will not help us.
Anyone know how we can get hold of the admin account email?

@mmrbn Hello! Sounds like you need to do a "takeover". See this guidance.
