I have paid for MS OFFICE 365 subscription through automatic billing for 12 months (129 AUD) and really need to cancel the subscription and refund the amount back to my account. However, whenever I try to cancel the subscription and request the refund, I'm being told to get in touch with a support person and get help from them. However, whenever I try to do that, the portal tells me to provide my phone details and then it tells that it has run into a problem and doesn't proceed further.
Please help me resolve the issue soon as the payment date will soon exceed the 30 day limit and I really need to obtain the refund.
