Minimal Software License Requirements at GA?

What will be the minimum software requirements for the OpenAI GPT api based technologies, including the multiple Co Pilots, at GA:

1.  Has general availability, for the OpenAI GPT api based technologies, including the multiple Co Pilots been announced?

2.  Is Windows 10 or 11 the minimum license generation?

3.  Is Microsoft 365 Business Premium a sufficiently robust bundle to enable these technologies or are only M365 Enterprise bundles enabled?

4.  If M365 Business Premium is not enabled at GA, how soon after the first GA (Enterprise bundles only?) will M365 Business Premium be enabled?

5. Are there any other licenses acquired on a per user basis that are required for a user to start working with these tools (including Co Pilots)?

Seems there is no detail information released yet now even the date of launch and requirement, base on another non-official forum discussion, seems Copilot will send the request to Microsoft for process and the end-user is supposed to disable when needed

@Kidd_lp: Thank you for sharing that the usual details about general availability and software license requirements have not been published. I will just sit back and watch and wait with other people who also want to know those basic pieces of information.
