Migration from Google workspace to Microsoft 365 Failed

I'm trying to complete the migration but after an hour or more keep getting an error

The job encountered too many transient failures (61) and is quitting. The most common failure is GoogleContactClientTransientException with the hit count 60.

I've tried resume the migration few times and it did sync more emails I think I'm around 2962 count and won't get past that. I don't know where to start troubleshooting. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks for trying to help. The error I run into was caused by automatic migration. i've tried the manual set up and it completed the migration in no time. @Kidd_Ip
