I'll be using the same custom @domain (I understand this will work, as long as I get it done prior to Nov 2023), so user email address will be identical when carried over.
I know I can export/download all mail and calendar from the Google (Gmail) accounts using the Outlook locally installed client, and importing it, but unless I'm mistaken, that results in an *additional Inbox, and is only available locally where that PST file resides.
I'm seeking to understand if there is any way to actually import that mail into the user's *main Inbox that they see when accessing outlook.live.com. ...and same for getting their calendar from the Google Workspace account and importing into their main outlook.live.com calendar.
any/all suggestions/ideas would be appreciated.
