Microsost Account Problem

when I log in to my Microsoft 365 Business account in OneDrive, the top menu is not clickable. I have to Return to classic OneDrive, then I can use the menu but as soon as I go back to OneDrive, the problem occurs again. It happens in both Edge and Firefox.

Hi, when you say the top bar, do you mean as below please?

@PeterRising no...above that. in the left corner are nine dots that you can click to select which app you want. if I'm in OneDrive, I cannot click it unless I switch to classic OneDrive
