Microsoft Bookings - I can not find the app anywhere in the admin portal

Hello, 

 

I am having problems finding Microsoft Bookings. I have done most of the steps to find it like turning it on through the "purchase Services", the Org settings and it is no where to be seen let along "turn on" I have office 365 business license. If I am needing to subscribe to the app, I would do that but the options just aren't there. Please help if anyone knows a solution.
