Microsoft 365 Defender blocks emails & links

Me and my team are running a phishing simulation platform. Lately, after Microsoft Defender was released, all our previously working whitelisting guides have become useless and our emails get into the quarantine or are blocked directly. 

Please help or direct me to some guides on how to properly whitelist incoming emails by ip or header in Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and how to turn off link scanning by ip or header.

I'm kind of desperate here...i have clients breathing down my neck.
