M365 Business was hacked and I lost access to admin panel

Hi Guys, 


I signed up and used M365 Business (premium licenses) and lost access to the admin panel (intruders) after a few months of use and it has been impossible to contact Microsoft via email for business support. 

I opened a case with Microsoft for domain dispute [CASE #: 28893810] after a 51 minutes call on Dec 16, 2021. Never heard from MS, I called last week and made a reference to the same case number but I still have not heard from Microsoft.
