I hope all is as well as can be.
I run Office 365 on my Mac.
I have an Excel with data and graphs and a powerpoint presentation that uses the graphs.
Both files are in the same folder on a one drive and are edited through software on my computer (not using the cloud version). Both files are on auto save.
When I select a chart in Excel and paste it in my power point slide the graph shows while I cannot refresh the data.
I get the following message.
" Alert
The linked file isn’t available. This error can occur if the linked file has been moved or hasn’t been saved. Embedding the data instead of linking it can help avoid this error, but the data won’t be updated automatically if it changes in the source file.
"
