Keep being told to Upgrade Now


Anyone seen an issue where a user has a Visio Online Plan 2 licenses assigned, and can see it through their account setting, can install and activate the Visio clients, but the new web interface still says they can only view and share.


Tried multiple browsers, devices. Anywhere else to check before I call support?

We are seeing the same thing. In OneDrive, you can click "New" -> "Visio drawing". Then you can access existing Visio drawings through OneDrive, as well. This issue still needs to be addressed, but that is the workaround we are using for the time being.
