Hello World!
I have a workstation that is unable to license the 365 package. When I open any application a logon message appears, I put in or email and the screen disappears. And the package does not become active.
Troubleshooting I have tried:
Update office.
Quick fix.
Log in with another account.
Uninstall via Microsoft's support tool.
Try installation and installation support with Microsoft.
Tpm cleanup.
Update tpm.
BIOS and manufacturer's drivers
Try to activate Office in another Windows 10 profile.
Disconnect and unplug the domain.
Unsuccessful in all cases. The package is about to expire.
This machine is registered with intune. On another machine the office package is licensed normally.
Does anyone have any ideas?
