I attempted to transfer my contact info from my Comcast account to my new Office account. I've successfully export the info to a CSV, and was able to upload into Office. Or so it seemed... In my new Office account, all my contacts appear, but their contact information is grayed out, and I can't access any information. I can see it, I just can't use it. Frustrating...
Any thoughts?
