Hi, I have been using Microsoft 365 subscriptions since 2018. At the time of buying, I used my primary email address. That email address was email@example.com. A few days back I changed my alias to firstname.lastname@example.org. After changing the alias and removing the previous one. Now I am unable to use my primary email address. Whenever I try to log in it's giving me an error.
I am able to sign in using email@example.com, able to see my mailbox. But not able to see any incoming mails. Whenever someone tries to send me an email they are getting failure emails.
