Hi, I have been using Microsoft 365 subscriptions since 2018. At the time of buying, I used my primary email address. That email address was firstname.lastname@example.org. A few days back I changed my alias to email@example.com. After changing the alias and removing the previous one. Now I am unable to use my primary email address. Whenever I try to log in it's giving me an error.
I am able to sign in using firstname.lastname@example.org, able to see my mailbox. But not able to see any incoming mails. Whenever someone tries to send me an email they are getting failure emails.
Is there any way that I can recover my email?
