I am attempting to Scan from Copier (Canon C5051) to my email unsucessfully.


After doing some diligent research I was able to determine that my Microsoft Azure Office 365 user account does not show the same proxy address (X500:/o=Posiflexusa/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=) as other users.


How can I correct this issue?
