Hybrid Exchange 2010 to 2016 Migration and HCW

Hi All,

   I have a few service accounts mailboxes that are still in the Exchange 2010 server. Also, some send connectors and received connectors. 

When we run HCW , Will that move over to Exchange 2016 or need to create? 

Will that remove the Hybrid setup create with Exchange 2010?

Do I have to upgrade?

You need to move service accounts manually.
You can also remove 2010 as a hybrid server manually.

I am in progress of migrating the Exchange 2010 to 2016 migration in hybrid. I have completed around 25% of migration. Can I run the HCW wizard now? or do I need to wait for complete Migration and run HCW? Will it affect the 2010 connectors and users if i run HCW now?
