Trying to help out an older friend who has been using the same email address for well over the past 15 years. He is also a real estate agent and really doesn't want to switch emails. I got him to migrate his data to the cloud with OneDrive, but I can't seem to migrate his email account a "@usa.net" account into Outlook. I want his emails to be backed up and I can't seem to get it to sync. To be clear, I have no problem getting the @usa.net emails to pop up on his screen. Rather, what I am trying to do is to make sure that those emails are synced in the cloud so he would have piece of mind if his entire system went down. Any help is greatly appreciated.
