How to store all users outlook emails into a SharePoint List?

Hi, Everyone.
I want to create a list that will show the email logs of organization user's email. Whenever someone receives an email an item will get created automatically. Similarly, when someone sends an email It will get logged in SharePoint List.

I tried using Power Automate but it has only email arrive trigger and only works for only user who created the flow.

Is there any way to find all logs of outlook email including attachment for my organization?
