How to set up Meeting Minutes in Onenote

It seems to be a simple question and there are O 365 templates for creating a Minutes Meeting in One Note. But I could not figure out how to configure it automatically:
- Agenda updates
- open questions updates
- how to send meeting minutes to attendees after meeting in Outlook
I really liked the https://www.meetingdecisions.com app, but our management does not approve the purchase yet and recommends using what is available :)))
