how to change\update contact information for multiple users in microsoft 365

Dear Admins,

Am an IT. Supervisor in one international school and am trying to update some user's information such as office & phone number.

so is there any solution or way to update multiple users at the same time?

using PowerShell or admin portal?

A couple of years ago I used this guide made by Chris Lewis. the script / steps worked for me back then.
