How to cancel 365 subscription to be able to buy it again?

MS will not let me to buy an active MS 365 Subscription again.

I bought it from Google Play, since MS did not let me before.

I have already canceled the subscription, but it is still active.

You may need to contact Microsoft support for the subscription mapping if it was cancelled
