How to alert when user upload more file or delete more file one time to ondrive

hi

     Current We rollout for user use onedrive as i worry use can copy company data to onedrive and download it out company. here can use powershell or alert when use upload more file and delete file one time to Admin review ?

By means of creating activity alerts based on activity happening in your tenant you should be able to get alerts of that situation

Just to add that you really need to use the Advanced alerts (alert policies) or MCAS as they allow for aggregate reporting.
