Below is a section of the workbook that has earned bonus vacation hours based on anniversary date that I will be sharing with a group of people that need to see current available bonus hours for each persons calendar year based on the date they were hired.
In this example, I need A6 thru E6 to stay highlighted 11/12/2022 thru 11/11/2023 and A7 thru E7 to stay highlighted 11/12/2023 thru 11/11/2024 when those dates roll around, next year it will roll over to 2023 and 2024 and so on.
All the formulas I've found are based on today's date not from YEAR / MONTH / DAY to YEAR / MONTH / DAY I know there is a simple formula and I'm over thinking it.
