Hello guys,
I'm doing a Migration from GSuite mailboxs to Office 365 for a customer.
In this case, we migrate all maiboxs from Gsuite using procedure describe on

All maiboxs were sucessfully migrated, but the customer from a internal marketing point of view decide only a month from now to provide averyone access to Office 365 for the users.
In the mean time, they keep working with GSuite mailbox and all new emails are replicated to Office 365 maibox. But readed and deleted emails are not being replicated this changes to Office 365 mailboxs.
Does anyone knows some procedure to acomplish the replication of this changes? or do I need to replicate all again from scratch 2 or 3 days begore the change?
