Exporting Groups from MS365 Admin Centre - are there limitations?

when exporting a list of groups from the MS 365 Admin centre, does anyone know if there is a maximum size of report? When we run the report it always stops at around 800 items, which is way short of the actual number of groups, we have 1848 groups that we need to export. This is very frustrating..

Use the Feedback link on the portal or open a support case to report this. As for the actual export, use PowerShell or the Graph API.
