Exchange server disappeared from Standard Business account

I have checked our account having had no emails for 3 days to find there is no Exchange server connected to our Standard Business account.

Also all the Office 365 App buttons disappeared.

 

Was there on Saturday Morning now all failed?

 

The account is active

The account info says we have an active Standard Business account

The checked logs' only activity is changing of passwords and just before the server went down an update marked as "Update Service Principle" to all core modules

 

Can anyone advise
