Is your account protected by MFA? It should be :) In which case, you need to use the MFA-enabled PS module, or the new V2 module: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/exchange/exchange-online-powershell-v2?view=exchange-ps

I am getting exact same Access Denial. Is there any solution? @Marvin Oco
