In my workbook the cells function as they should except when it goes from Dec. 31st to Jan. 3rd. The correct information is in the cell it suppose to be looking for but it doesn't see it and I get an "NA" from Jan. 3rd to now. I know I could just type the hours in this cell but there is another cell that is dependant on this one and I get an "NA" in that cell as well. Any help would greatly be appreciated...
